Course introduction

Basic course　55 min x 10 lessons

Goal:
Greeting with neighbor or friends, communicate with store clerk, etc
Communicate with people, be independent with basic Japanese.
Contents:
Learn useful Japanese for daily life
Self study:
Memorized vocabulary and number such as price, telephone number, address, date, etc.

Standard course

Class1 55 min x 10 lessons

Goal:
Get used to pronunciation, expression, exchange simple conversation,
Contents:
Learn basic grammar, expression. Practice with Flash card and picture, then role-playing the scene.
Self study:
  • Memorized new vocabulary with correct pronunciation.
  • Memorized Hiragana, Katakana
  • Practice to use of verbs
  • Record and review the lesson

Class2　55 min x 10 lessons

Goal:
Have a conversation using basic Japanese without help
Contents:
Practice expressions that Japanese people often use with basic grammar
Get used to Japanese pronunciation and expression using Task, Role-play and quiz
Self study:
  • Practice basic Kanji 1-50
  • Practice expression for each verb
  • Memorized new vocabulary with sound
  • Record and review the lesson

Class3　55 min x 10 lessons

Goal:
Put your thoughts together and have a long conversation
Contents:
Set up various case situations and practice thoroughly,
Repeat the sentence, practice to speak Japanese naturally
Self study:
  • Practice basic kanji between 51-100
  • Practice new vocabulary and sentence.
  • Write 3 line composition
  • Record and review the lesson

Class4　55 min x 10 lessons

Goal:
Communicate your thoughts to others. Understand native Japanese conversations.
Contents:
Read the sentence, able to give your opinion.
Practice listening skills.
Practice to catch up the Japanese conversation.
Strengthen listening and speaking using role play
Self study:
  • Practice beginner’s kanji between 101-200
  • Practice new vocabulary and sentence
  • Practice long sentences
  • Record the lesson and listen again
  • Shadowing
  • Record and review the lesson

Class5　55 min x 10 lessons

Goal:
Chat or business conversation, able to talk smoothly with Japanese people
Able to understand the meaning of somewhat complicated expressions used by Japanese people
Contents:
Practicing various situations to achieve optimal conversation
Understand and use Keigo and wording which frequently use by Japanese. Finishing up beginner’s course
Self study:
  • Practice to read beginner’s Kanji between 201-300
  • Practice new vocabulary and expression with sound
  • Record and review the lesson
  • Shadowing
  • Find out week point of grammar and pronunciation

Advance　55 min x 1 lesson

Goal:
Have a confidence to strengthen your weaknesses in Japanese.
Contents:
  • Learn business Japanese and proper Japanese language etiquette.
  • Learn how to fill out the job application and impress the interviewer
  • How to break through college and job interview
  • Keigo special training
  • Phone etiquette (How to answer the telephone)
  • Presentation tips
  • Preparation for JLPT
  • Other, overcome weak point (negotiable)
Self study:
Negotiable
